There was no pressure, and she worked tirelessly to help me find the car with features that I wanted. There were very few cars that had this package, however, Annie continued to search hundreds of miles away from the area and located a car out of state. She worked to have the car delivered to Garavel for me to pick up. Annie was easily available by email and phone to keep me in the loop with any updates. I appreciate all of the hard work and support that Annie, Andre, and the rest of the Garavel team did for me throughout the process. Overall experience was very good. Annie is super nice and a pleasure to work with. Noticed small damage to windshield a couple of days after we picked up the car and it was dealt with promptly and with courtesy. I would recommend Garavel without hesitation .

I first spoke with a sales woman named Annie over the phone and she couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. I met with Annie the following day and she had the vehicle that I was interested in already to go. She did not pressure me at any point to but the vehicle or any extras.
